What we do…

  • Identify Opportunity
    Market research, networking, and scouting for potential development/investment opportunities. SNGgroup benefits immensely from off-market deals due to its strong network. 
  • Appraise Project Viability
    Once an opportunity is identified, SNG evaluates its feasibility, considering market demand, financial projections, regulatory requirements, and potential risks.
  • Acquisition of Property
    If the project is deemed viable, SNG proceeds to acquire the property through negotiation, Approved Heads of Terms and legal completion. SNGgroup can swiftly complete deals due to its funding reserves.  
  • Planning Application:
    With the property secured, SNG submits applications for planning permission from the relevant authorities. This includes preparing and presenting detailed development plans, which may require adjustments based on feedback from the authorities.
  • Planning Permission
    Based on the decision of the planning authorities, SNG receives approval to proceed with the development (or further alterations are made).
  • Development
    SNG initiates the construction and development process in line with the approved plans and timelines.
  • Retention/Sale of Property
    Upon completion of the development, SNG either retains the property as a long-term investment for rental income or sells in the open market.
