STANLEY HOUSE PHASE II

SNG has obtained planning approval for the second phase of Stanley House, which involves the construction of a five-story, 45-bed student/service accommodation block. This expansion is in response to the increasing student population in Nottingham.

The new addition will complement the existing high-end student accommodation, favored by the expanding student community in Nottingham for its prime location and close proximity to Nottingham Trent University’s City Campus.

Anticipated for completion by September 2025, this project addresses the growing demand for student housing in the area.
