Shortlists revealed for the East Midlands Property Dinner 2024
Fifty-five projects, businesses and people have been shortlisted for awards at the East Midlands Property Dinner 2024.
The finalists for 11 categories have been revealed ahead of the ceremony on 5 September at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham.

Developers have shared a sneak peek of exclusive new Nottingham flats created at an old cinema in a "prime location". Nine flats have been built by SNGgroup at 33 Long Row, which overlooks Old Market Square in Nottingham city centre.
